I contacted Deborah in desperation after 15 months of severe dandruff, red scaly patches and flaking skin around my hair line from the use of hair dye. I had tried everything I could find to deal with it and nothing worked. She analysed my scalp and said it was seborrhoeic dermatitis. She explained what was happening and gave me a treatment regime, saying it would take about 3 months to go.
I followed it faithfully and it is now completely clear, and I know how to manage it if I ever get it again. She was very helpful, and I can fully recommend her.

Secondly with your tricologist's hat on, you diagnosed a condition with my scalp which I was unaware of and recommended that I saw a dermatologist which I did. He agreed with you and I have received treatment.

I visited Deboarah Chester, Trichologist last October as I was concerned about my hair loss. I cannot believe the difference in my hair now.
I would highly recommend anyone in my situation to go and see her. The care does not stop when you walk out, she follows up treatment regularly.

After continuing to loose my hair every few months, I went to see Deborah. She was very caring and understanding , Deborah explained the reasons why and diagnosed a diffuse loss. I was given supplements which has helped enormously.

If you need a trichologist for any scalp or hair problems this lady is the one to see. I had hair loss problems which were worrying the life out of me and on my visit to Deborah she is not only a lovely but knew straight away how to help me and she did.The first thing she did was listen and take a full case history. She then examined my hair thoroughly including magnification. I was then sent off for unusual blood tests. Once, a thorough investigation had been made and she had received the blood results she then made a diagnosis and put me on an appropriate course of tablets & treatment that has been scientifically proven to be successful. Having been a client of Deborah since 2014 it is with great assurance that I can say she is easily one of the most knowledgable, helpful and careful trichologists in her field. In all, I am very impressed by the whole service. I would fully recommend anyone suffering hair loss of any type to make an appointment. The only thing you have to lose by not doing so… is more hair!
