Acne Necrotica Miliaris

Acne necrotica miliaris presents a few minute yellow pustules that are extremely itchy. They are situated at the opening of the hair follicles. The pustules have a cone-shaped crust over a moist base and are of pinhead size. Four or five of these tiny lesions can be found scattered across the scalp. They are prone to affect the top of the scalp and when healed they form tiny scars which can occur with male pattern loss making the scarring difficult to see.

Feedback from our clients...

I visited Deboarah Chester, Trichologist last October as I was concerned about my hair loss. I cannot believe the difference in my hair now.

I would highly recommend anyone in my situation to go and see her. The care does not stop when you walk out, she follows up treatment regularly.

Deborah has made a hige difference to me, I cannot recommend her services enough.

I came to Solent Trichology a year ago as my hair had been gradually thinning and I was beginning to feel pretty miserable about it. Deborah was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring.

She told me that I had Female Pattern Hair Loss and was able to recommend various products, treatments and supplements. I am glad to say that a year later the density of my hair has improved significantly and I am over the moon with the results!

Thank you Deborah.

I have two reasons to thank you. The first is for my revamped hair style which I am very happy with.

Secondly with your tricologist's hat on, you diagnosed a condition with my scalp which I was unaware of and recommended that I saw a dermatologist which I did. He agreed with you and I have received treatment.

I love your salon  it's so quirky and of course your prices are unbeatable!

With very best wishes

I would like to say thank you for your advice. I hadn't felt heard until I had a consultation with you and I felt you took me seriously.

Thanks again, Eva.

After continuing to loose my hair every few months, I went to see Deborah. She was very caring and understanding , Deborah explained the reasons why and diagnosed a diffuse loss. I was given supplements which has helped enormously.

If you need a trichologist for any scalp or hair problems this lady is the one to see. I had hair loss problems which were worrying the life out of me and on my visit to Deborah she is not only a lovely but knew straight away how to help me and she did.The first thing she did was listen and take a full case history. She then examined my hair thoroughly including magnification. I was then sent off for unusual blood tests. Once, a thorough investigation had been made and she had received the blood results she then made a diagnosis and put me on an appropriate course of tablets & treatment that has been scientifically proven to be successful. Having been a client of Deborah since 2014 it is with great assurance that I can say she is easily one of the most knowledgable, helpful and careful trichologists in her field. In all, I am very impressed by the whole service. I would fully recommend anyone suffering hair loss of any type to make an appointment. The only thing you have to lose by not doing so… is more hair!
